Healing & wholeness at the intersection
of your story, body, and community
Find Flourishing Together
We are all created to be something and to do something unique. At the core, a rooted life is one that flourishes through the integration of mind, body, heart, soul, and community. It is the understanding that our individual and collective stories inform our everyday life and relationships, and reading our stories well is crucial to healing, wholeness, and living out our purpose.
Rooted Life Retreats
Rooted Life Retreats are for those who recognize that there is something deep inside of them that needs attention in order to be more fully present. During this retreat, you will discover how your story impacts your emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being and how to step into healing, wholeness, and restoration. You will be given tools and practical applications for everyday life and in your community. The retreat experience is a step toward transformation that will continue beyond our time together. Our hope is that you will experience the freedom, joy, and peace of a rooted life.
