Healing & wholeness at the intersection
of your story, body, and community

Find Flourishing Together

We are all created to be something and to do something unique. At the core, a rooted life is one that flourishes through the integration of mind, body, heart, soul, and community. It is the understanding that our individual and collective stories inform our everyday life and relationships, and reading our stories well is crucial to healing, wholeness, and living out our purpose.

Rooted Life Retreats

Rooted Life Retreats are for those who recognize that there is something deep inside of them that needs attention in order to be more fully present. During this retreat, you will discover how your story impacts your emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being and how to step into healing, wholeness, and restoration. You will be given tools and practical applications for everyday life and in your community. The retreat experience is a step toward transformation that will continue beyond our time together. Our hope is that you will experience the freedom, joy, and peace of a rooted life.

What people are saying…

  • If I could DIY trauma recovery, I would have done it by now. I have a lot of intellectual knowledge about PTSD and trauma recovery. However, to truly recover means that I have to tell my story vulnerably in a safe place. It is worth the fear and the stress to see trauma loosen its grip on the other side. I may not have believed that was completely true had I not seen it in myself and in the countenance of other women attending.

  • The retreat experience will stick with me for a long time! I have never attended anything that was able to blend all aspects of health in such a meaningful way. It was incredible to see how everything is so interconnected and how it all connects to my story and who I am today.
